Terms: Classified Ads

These terms cover any web-classified ads on CentralCoastFamily.com.  By submitting a classified ad, you are accepting the following terms.  They are also subject to change without notice.

WHO CAN SUBMIT:

Adults (18 years of age and over) who live or work in the California Central Coast.

RULES OF CONDUCT:

1) You must be 18 years of age or older to submit.

2) No obscene or offensive classified ads.  This includes hurtful language, bad words, etc.  If the owner or publisher of the Central Coast Family news considers it offensive or obscene, then it qualifies.  Use good judgement.  Remember that this is a "FAMILY" newspaper.  In addition, you may be liable for slander/libel charges from the offended party.

3) No pranks or jokes.

4) Do not list anything for sale that you have no right to sell.

5) Only list stuff for sale in Central Coast of California.

6) NO pharmaceuticals, tobacco products, medications, drugs etc.  This includes Viagra, herb products, and such things.  In addition, do not post things for sale that we may consider a negative impact to public health.  Be conservative.

7) Do not list anything for sale that is not appropriate for a "family" newspaper site.  This includes adult products such as condoms or any other such items. 

FAILURE TO OBEY:

If you violate the above rules, we have the right to remove your classified ad, WITHOUT a refund.

In addition, if you post something hurtful to another person, you may be liable for slander or libel charges - as punnishable by law.

SPECIAL PRIVELEGE:

We reserve the right to remove any classified ad if we feel it is inappropriate for our website.
